The months were too faster, and after another month I am 1 year in AVON already. What a surprise!
Because of the work load, I wasnt able to post some blogs and search on the internet. But I've become more busy in downloading videos and music in YOUTUBE and MULTIPLY. I try to compile lot of my father favorite songs as my father's day gift to him.

Right! What a great plan for me. Not Costly. But I do a lot of effort. Thanks for all who visited my site.

I missed you all guys...

By the way, last Sunday, I attend on my friend son christening. I was so happy that I have been seen all my colleagues in college. I dont even know that all of them are present. But sadly, that my bf didnt accompany me to attend the christening because of his busy schedule in work. But I understand him, it's a work right!!!!

Every morning when I get in, I immediately open my internet at www.surfjunky.com and then sign up with my account.

When I got home, my boyfirend was the one who signing in again in his computer (because he is night shift).

With this process, we immediately earn big amount at surfjunky without hardship. But, time comes (around 10:00 am of May 21,2007 ) when my account was blocked. I try to login many times, but still I cant access my account. My account was already disabled. This site is really a scam. So those, who still using and doing this funny and warm-headed works. Beware! because they dont paid you even 1cent of your earnings.

Have a nice weekend! One week was past, and still I feel bored and tired of doing some & simple stuffs of mine. I dont have lot of works, that's why surfing in the internet is my priority at that moment. I join to mylot discussions, I open & read my yahoo mail. I search to google some online job that I can apply.

As of now, I dont understand what do  I consider in terms of career and success. I really want programming, but prior to this Im afraid that I cannot meet their requirements. That's why Im afraid also to continue doing and applying until Im not sure for the position that I wanted to apply for.  

As a Brand asst here in Avon, I cant use my skills and knowledge that I gained during my college days. So that, Im looking for the time that,some time I could still consider for the position that I grabbing to do.

12:30 when I arrived the Manpower Company. I firstly asked the receptionist that I’m looking for MS. Gerlie. And probably, she doesn’t keep me waiting, after a minute, she get in the door. She told to the receptionist to gave me the type of exam the same as she gave to the boy who exam first to me. I thought it would be all about programming coding, programming syntax and error. But, oh my GOD! I don’t know this, ok I try to guess for the rest of 40 questions. Hehe, I have no idea. I don’t even read about this type of doubly link, singly link… or whatsoever.

And, thankful after exam around 1:05 pm, they asked that they already forward my resume to the company and I was contacted once the company had a feedback about it.


BUTI NA LANG ANG NASABI KO. 1:30 when I came back to the office. Well, look for another again.

I've been starting to look to other job opportunities outside the company. I apply more on Programmer, IT Staff and as Programmer Trainees.

And then, after that day I receive an email that I was scheduled for the interview. I feel lucky because for the first application I was been called and that was a great opportunity for me. So I think what would be the best date and time to schedule my interview. Luckily, all my bosses including brand manager and category manager are out of the office for the planning conference for 2 days in Subic so I was immediately called up the HR for me to schedule on the said date May 10, 2007 9-10 am. But I have noticed that the said company is outsourcing company, still it is agency. Then I talked to the HR, we can call her Gerlie Deocares, about the opening position. And she said that the position for the programmer post is a permanent post and direct hire. No need to worry about it, she told me. Then, I just settle all I need to bring, the resume, my pen, and of course myself.

It’s been 9:45 am when I arrived in the company. It is located at PBCOM Tower 19F and the said company is MANPOWER Outsourcing Company. Maybe, you’ve already know bout this company. So, I just proceed!

I just fill-up to a very long question of their FORM, after I got finished I been wait for almost 10mins and then Ms. Gerlie was get in on the interview room. She’s in nice talk, kind and well understands the way how she communicates. Even though, she’s not an IT person, she delivered very well the thought of what the company needed. Requirements are: Visual Basic, .Net Programming, MSSQL, and Oracle. So of course, as an IT you need to depend yourself. Tell the more things you know about programming. Just make a sense that you know all even not especially that the interviewer has no knowledge about programming. Cool, right! I can say that make her impress and she easily endorse me to the client: CIMS (it is the first time that I was heard this company). As our discussion, she elaborates the benefit that the employee receives. For me, the mere fact is, it is DIRECT HIRED. And no need to worry about agency.


10:30 am when the interview was finished. And they asked me to wait for a while for the next procedure. But you know what; I’ve been waiting for how many hours without receiving any remarks with them. And then, I just show my intention and willingness to go back to the office. So I ask the receptionist, “Can you please ask Ms. Gerlie what time she will be going out coz I need to come back to my office”, the receptionist answered, “Just wait for a while, she just interviewing in another room”.

“Oh my gosh”, I told to myself. It’s already 12’oo pm, I not yet get my lunch. Then, around 12:10 pm when the interviewed in other room was finished, subsequently we settled to have my exam tomorrow before lunch. Then, I’m grabbing myself to immediately back to the office.

12:30 exactly when I arrived at the company.

Nice day! I’ve been late today coz I’m not feeling well. Maybe because of the coldness here inside the office and so hot naman if you get out. My head is aching and I’m also sneezing. Nakakainis!

By the way, I’m still waiting for my turn to be directly hired in AVON COSMETICS, INC. Since until now through agency parin ako! Unluckily, I receive an email to the HR and I am not qualified for the position that I am applying for: Asst Campaign Execution. And pampalubag loob, they would still consider me for another opening position. Sigh! I feel so bad and disappointed, cause of my slight fever today, maybe. Now, I’m still looking my way to find other job opportunities even outside the company. It feels so worried that until now I’m still grabbing for the right job, and would give my way to be stable.

It feels so tired! Everything has discrimination. Even you show all your ability and perseverance to do your entire job, still they can see it. Because they are looking for the best schools were you from. Bongga! Next time, I tried my best effort to study again to a reputable school na, para naman first choice ako noh... Hehe. Well, it’s a good day today.
I came early in my work and do my entire task.
Probably, I feel sick because of my cough and need
to drink medicine so as not to become a serious ill.
By next week, I’ll be promoted as Brand Associate,
but through Agency still. However, I thankful coz it
would be a step through my start success in business.
Life would not be that so easier. It’s hard to look for
other job opportunities unless job will look for you.
Time will come. So serious ah! Because I don’t really
understand what I want, to keep on Software or System
Development or continue to Marketing Hay nakakaloka.

After a long time, I'm here again writing my own blogs. Anyways, I have a lot of story to tell. How many days and many months were passed and the last time I was wrote here I’m still working at HRD but now I was a Brand Asst at AVON COSMETICS, INC. It’s been a nice experience to involve in Marketing Field. More stress and pressure, sigh…There so many excel works and numbers. Hay, never ending work but still, it gives me strong point to become more resourceful. I am now starting to study Photoshop CS2 and PHP. So that, even I am here at Marketing, still I am not go away with the new technologies that comes out. I wanted to become updated with the new Programming Languages and anything else about Computer.
It’ been 4:30 now, and I need to leave around 5:30 because I plan to attend a mass at Baclaran Church. It is my daily routine every Wednesday to attend Novena. I already completed my 9 weeks, and still I not end to listened Novena because of my own purpose and intention.
Oh, I’ll be back soon; I just need to encode all the Cost Approval and FSC of new product line so as to finish all those important matters within the day. See Yah all
